Salary: £37,000 – £40,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
– Supervise and mentor a team of social workers
– Assess the needs of clients and develop care plans
– Provide support and guidance to individuals and families
– Collaborate with other professionals and organisations to ensure comprehensive care
– Keep detailed and accurate records of cases
– Stay up-to-date with social work best practices and regulations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
– Social Work England registration
– Previous experience in a senior social worker role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
– Knowledge of relevant laws and policies in the social work field

Hours
£28,407 – £34,581 per annum/pro-rata

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
