£12 - £14.46 per hour 

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks, offering emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing one-on-one support to individuals with mental health conditions

- Assisting clients in developing coping mechanisms and self-care strategies

- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and behavior

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Participating in care planning and goal setting with clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Understanding of mental health conditions and treatment methods

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Empathy and patience when working with individuals in distress

- Relevant qualifications in mental health support or social care
