We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing occupational therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to support the mental well-being of our clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience working in mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Essential Criteria:
- Capability to efficiently manage a caseload, prioritise tasks, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, with exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, carers, and relatives, displaying sensitivity and empathy
- Professional and patient-centered approach, serving as an inspirational role model to colleagues
- Proficient in problem-solving and working with initiative within assigned responsibilities
