Registered Learning Disability Nurse

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for patients with learning disabilities

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions

- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

- Advocating for patients' rights and promoting independence

- Providing guidance and support to patients' families and caregivers

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

- Specialisation in Learning Disabilities Nursing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
