Registered Learning Disability Nurse

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for patients with learning disabilities

– Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions

– Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

– Advocating for patients’ rights and promoting independence

– Providing guidance and support to patients’ families and caregivers

Requirements:

– Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

– Specialisation in Learning Disabilities Nursing

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment

– Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
